The level of investment varies depending on the project scope, which is different for every project and client. After your intro call, we will prepare a detailed proposal and you can decide if you’d like to work with us (no pressure!).

Absolutely. We work with clients from all over the world. Our communication is primarily over email and scheduled video calls, so distance is not a problem.

Projects are typically broken up into 3 phases: Discovery, Design and Production. See an overview of our standard branding process here.

Our standard branding process takes an average of 6-8 weeks (check out an overview here). Other projects vary depending on the scope of work at hand. We will provide a detailed project timeline so we can ensure we stay on track for any deadlines you have.

Need something designed yesterday? We can accommodate most tight deadlines with an additional rush fee.

For most projects, we require an initial 50% payment before work begins, and final 50% payment upon completion of the project before final files are handed off.

For hourly and retainer projects, which we recommend for long-term ongoing work, we bill on the 1st of each month.

Acceptable payment methods include Check, Paypal and Bank Transfer.

You do. We don’t believe in holding files or rights hostage. Upon completion of the final 50% payment, you receive your final files and are free to use them as you like. Keep in mind that we may feature what we created for you on our website for marketing purposes.
